#Task 1 Project Management

• Task 10 Full Model Run amendment is signed and executed
• We've spent 75 percent of the project budget to date
  • Which is 85 percent of RSG's budget
  • We'll likely stop work in November as a result
  • Elizabeth will do her review in November
  • OSG's budget will be reallocated to RSG for continuing work on Task 10
• The contract amendment is working its way through the member agencies
  • Hope to start again in January
  • Clint will work on the draft scope of work in the meantime
• Clint may be able to fund some ActivitySim related work under his on-call and will coordinate with the team
• For remaining work, we will continue to fix the current implementation - Task 10
  • This means Task 8 mode choice logsums will need to be moved to next year's contract
  • Bill to check on the contract to see if an email NTP is ok for moving Task 8 to next year and using the budget for Task 10
• We're going to meet up at TRB again this year

#Task 10 Full Model Run

• CDAP has been completely re-implemented in a vectorized fashion as described in #116
• Tests and source code documentation are complete as well
• 370k HHs runs in 5 minutes without threading! This is very promising and is a major milestone for this project.
• Results compared to the existing MTC TM1 calibration by person type and M,N,H look pretty good. Only preschool persons are significantly different.
