Task 1 Project Management (milestone)

Discuss comments and revisions to Phase 6a draft scope and cost next time
Schedule extension for Phase 5 to end of summer ok, will follow-up with @Bill
Discuss plan for online Zephyr tutorial
- Let's get the website / wiki updates in place by then as well
- Maybe July too soon with everything going on and the need to finish up active work items and do an official release
- Let's wait until Phase 5b done so September likely for tutorial; @Joe reply to Zephyr
- Decide later who can help out with the tutorial
Complete first version of SEMCOG model up and running - yeah! @Jilan share visualizer of latest results
Move meeting next week from Friday at 11 to Thursday 10

Making some progress on the strategic development and contribution plan outline here

Added blending of nearby (maz-to-maz) with taz distances, see the settings.yaml
Two zone system setup tested and working, see network_los in the new example settings file
Need to work on documentation

Working on updating the examples and tutorials to use the example distribution system

Support for three zone system inputs working, see configs_3_zone folder
Basically done integrating the prototype work we did for SANDAG
We're working on the design for downstream models to use the new data structures
We're working on building / designing examples (such as expression files, settings, and test example data) to make use of the new data structures
@We all think about a more complete test example soon to really exercise performance, memory usage, and other issues
