About preventing media processing under a parent (or show root) folder

An attempt to process media in a directory inside any root dir is actively prevented.

The log message is Dir is subdir of show root dir: dirname, not processing.

This is absolutely strictly necessary to prevent file deletion by user misuse.

There is no issue until a PEBCAK manually selects a parent folder to media process with Move and Delete left over files selected, and then tries to blame SG for lost files due to that persons inability to read red warnings that state never to use such a folder layout. So here we are, with logic to protect against that kind of user barf, where misinformation that SickGear deletes files can be rebuked.

A user requested the protection be relaxed via a setting, but understood why this cannot change after the above was explained.
