Manage Symptoms
Path: Administration > Manage EMR > Clinical Metadata > Symptoms
Here, all the symptoms will be listed. To add a new symptom, enter the name and description and select "Save." To delete a symptom, select it and select "Delete." You can also download symptoms as an Excel sheet.
