Manage Diagnosis
Path: Administration > Manage EMR > Clinical Metadata > Diagnosis
Here, all the diagnoses will be listed. To add a new diagnosis, enter the name, code, and description, and select "Save." To delete a diagnosis, select it and select "Delete." You can also download diagnoses as an Excel sheet.
