Manage Clinical Metadata
Path: Administration > EMR Management > Clinical Metadata
There are different kinds of clinical metadata, such as,
- Vocabularies
- Symptoms
- Signs
- Diagnosis
- Investigations
- Procedures
- Plan of actions
To add any of the above-mentioned metadata, first select it from the menu on the left-hand side. Then enter the name, code, and/or description. Then select Save. To delete metadata that was added, select the entry and select remove.
