Manage Institution Item Mappings
Path: Administration > Manage Items > Item Mapping > Institution Item Mapping
First, select an institution, then select the items that should be mapped to that institution. Then select "Add Items to Institution", then all the selected items will be mapped to the selected institution.
To see the items that have already been mapped, select "Fill Items Added for Institution".
To remove items added to an institution, select the relevant items and then select "Remove Selected".
