Update to Dymola 2020 and MSL 3.2.3

Once final version is released, update CI testing and make pull request. Michael to update in the next days.

Condensing coil model

Discussion of https://github.com/ibpsa/modelica-ibpsa/issues/1109#issuecomment-507283640

Donghun is looking at numerical issues and also on moving boundary approaches for partially wet coils.

Presentation and discussions is scheduled for Rome.

Regression testing

Funnel is now integrated in BuildingsPy. All unit tests and plots are reported in html as a stream to html.

Michael to merge.

After the merge, the master branch of the IBPSA library need to be merged to all development branches (due to a new flag of BuildingsPy that suppresses the result verification for JModelica). Otherwise the CI tests will fail.

Need to design how/where to store results on a server. Requirements to be developed in Rome.

Actuator model revision

Antoine presents latest revision (https://github.com/ibpsa/modelica-ibpsa/pull/1189).

New media R290

No discussion (Christian had a scheduling conflict).

Geothermal model

No update, student of Massimo will start in September.

Open issues

See https://github.com/ibpsa/modelica-ibpsa/issues
