The T3 nodes will collect market data and agree on an current average price, and when a price lock is created the person or service that created the price lock can request payment at the current market data.
For Example: If 1 x42 = $0.01 and the service requests $1 as payment, the user will be prompted to pay 100 x42 with a 1% fee that is collected by the T3 that created the price lock.
