All data that you need to backup is one folder. Just copy its content somewhere, and restore it to have the same configuration back.

Where is this folder

If you are running hfs.exe, then the folder is the same of this file.

Other type of distributions create a .hfs folder in your user home, that is $HOME/.hfs.
