This first version has the following features

• Simplified Sparkle.framework integration and configuration in Rakefile
• Generate new certificates for signing packages, or use existing one
• Package .app as .zip and sign it using certificates
• Generate releases.xml file in Appcast format with correct release information
• Generate release_notes.html
