Automatically add files to .gitignore

motion-sparkle now automatically adds relevant files to .gitignore if it exists when rake sparkle:setup is run.

This feature granted a version bump, me thinks.

First bugfix

Fixes a bug where zip files would be have their name truncated if they had spaces.

• Simplified Sparkle.framework integration and configuration in Rakefile
• Generate new certificates for signing packages, or use existing one
