- a complete re-write.
- not dependent upon lefse source files now that it is hosted on anaconda
- add capability to process QIIME, PICRUSt and humann2 data
- trying to avoid subprocess calls and instead import package functions
- add flexibility to use with other functions (graphlan, R, etc...)
- possibly integrate with qiime2
added utility script to handle minor functions remove old LEfSe source files added travis CI
added error checking functionality
added make dir function iterates over each split table runs analysis with all samples (all) remove clade option to make a default param
added no split param minor code formatting added unclassified regex command fixed super high value set as default
add lefse as a dependent removed pretty_lefse until completion remove 3.4 tag fix travisCI bug
update subject ID to default to the first column in mapping file
update help text update summary of package fix typo added try/except for qiime and pandas
