About the PR

The recipe for licoxide is now lithium+zinc instead of lead+zinc

Why / Balance

Licoxide, and by extension, tazinide, cannot consistently be obtained by antagonist chemists. Given the recent nerf to nocturine, tazinide could be an interesting alternative in some situations, so I gave licoxide a more reasonable recipe.

Or you could make it into a razorium equivalent for the advanced burns (Pyra, Lepo, Insuz)

I think I like the idea of the recipe requiring zinc more, since to get it you actually have to go out and look for a battery to grind. The task is pretty trivial, but I think it's still cool that you can't just make this chemical with just the stuff you have available in the lab.

Also I don't really think advanced burns deserve this nerf.

Not sure how I feel about replacing noct with another easily accessible stun chem. But I'm not necessarily opposed to the idea of adding a recipe for it and seeing how it plays out. Ultimately though because it deals with stuns and such this is more of a combat workgroup PR.

Yes, if tazinide turns out to be overpowered, that's an issue that can be addressed later, the goal of this PR is just to add a more consistent way to get it. Tazinide is also different from nocturine in the sense that it's much louder (i'm pretty sure there's an electrocution noise, and the person can scream and such), so you need to be much more careful when using it (e.g. injecting it together with mute toxin)
