About the PR

On exo, the recycler in the salvage room is now linked to the lever at round start.

Why / Balance

I believe that the fact that they weren't linked is an oversight, as most other maps do start with them linked. Salvagers expect them to be linked, and, because exo's isn't, I see it used far less often.

Technical details

Adds the DeviceLinkSource linking the recycler to the lever.

Could there also be a belt in front of the recycler? the hitbox on the recycler recycling things can be a bit Precise so being able to load the scrap onto a belt first is good QoL basically all other salvage recyclers have :>

EDIT: Wait nevermind I saw a belt in a different Exo PR carry on
