About the PR

Adds unlisted recipe to make snap pops into actual explosive ones.
1 gunpowder
1 snap pop

Why / Balance

Snap pops are scarce, and having an alternative antags can use, even if is just to trigger the tear gas grenades a sec officer is hoarding in their bag, is a nice feature.

Technical details

Yaml stuff (and I hate contruction graphs).
There is admin log for whenever one is crafted.

Cursory glance the damage values look fine; snap pops are relatively difficult to get, hard to land and really if you wanna explode someone you're gonna use other methods available to you. Fun way to terrorize crew/Nukies.

Still gotta test it ingame to get a proper feel for it, but my initial impression is positive!
