Description
I am attempting to implement some of the key points of #5215! In particular, intelligent usage of Skill Swap, such that the Pokemon block Target Foes & Ally moves when possible.
Tests pertaining to double battle AI have been moved out of the general file and into a new file, to aid in finding stuff about double battles for standard trainer AIs.
Issue(s) that this PR fixes
It addresses #5215 but does not fix it.
Feature(s) this PR does NOT handle:
I can't figure out how to specify that a stat is at +6 stages in the testing system. I would like to write tests for Defiant, Competitive, and Contrary.
I also have not even attempted to implement the acceptable amounts of friendly fire kinds of stuff.
