First usable version

This may be the first really usable version.
The crawling process was rebuilt almost entirely to behave more like a traditional "svn log" than a file crawler. This caused some severe performance issues due to the recursive nature of the process.

With a lot more field testing it could be production-ready, it should be considered alpha for now.
