Stable version

Increased stability and added http (and possibily more) support to index non-local repositories.
Changed mapping to have a 'svndocument' format that contains every information, even in case of duplicates with 'svnrevision'.

First usable version

This may be the first really usable version.
The crawling process was rebuilt almost entirely to behave more like a traditional "svn log" than a file crawler. This caused some severe performance issues due to the recursive nature of the process.

With a lot more field testing it could be production-ready, it should be considered alpha for now.
