Sail_Instrument Plugin for AvNav

This project provides a plugin for AvNav with basically two functionalities:

1. Calculation of derived data from sensor signals (and can therefore replace the more_nmea plugin ).
2. Display an Instrument showing the major informations for sailors. The project is inspired by the B&G's sailsteer display.
