- A lot of code-cleanup, refactoring and overdoing

- Changed FR localisation for display-reasons
- Chat messages are now rendered on client-side. So settings, specially for chat messages, are now individual to each user's settings
- Skill-Values of threats are now processed on other terms. Besides that, you can add skills or take them away from the access list by clicking them
- Disconnect-status has now impact: As long as you're disconnected, it will not be possible to roll on "reality" - except for reconnetion, of course
- The armor-item now derives directly from all the given values (bonus, fatigue). Active effects are no longer necessary. MinStr/MaxDex should work as well and intended. More item-related natural handling will come around in near future.
- Some Style-corrections for Firefox-Browser
- Vehicles have some additional fields for armor rating. This is an interim solution for further Toughness/Armor handling. Please be aware that you need to deactivate any active effects if you want to change these ratings by hand.
- Card-Handling by GMs will now by private chat cards
- Some redoing of the threat sheet. 'Run' will now be displayed too
