  1. Build the KPP standalone executable for fullchem & custom mechanisms 

    src/CMakeLists.txt
- Added code to build and install the KPP standalone executable
  when compiling GEOS-Chem with either "-DMECH=fullchem" (default)
  or "-DMECH=custom" options.

CHANGELOG.md
- Updated accordingly
