Public repo for large test-data files

Hi, currently, what I do for big test-data files is to create a Zenodo repo under my account and use it for tests.

Is there a better way to store those files? Do we have a tools-iuc account on Zenodo that we can put files in it and multiple people can have publish access to it?

It would be helpful when updating the tools that have test data located on a private Zenodo repo, and you want to add some files to it.

Good idea in general. We should add some points to the guidelines and set hard limits on the acceptable file sizes since CI also has very limited space.

Generally, when a user submit a record to a community, they can give the Zenodo Community owner/maintainer right to update the file later. This is an example:

What would be an advantage of cargo-port? I remember that one needed an url. Already.

Was also thinking that the file source for zenodo could be an option here.
