- Everyone was present.
- Everyone had completed their task since the last meeting.
- Liam completed the user demographic survey.
- Vincent completed the international student survey.
- Aisha and Velta completed low-fidelity mock-ups.
- Velta performed user testing and has collated, reviewed and analyzed the results.
- As a team, we have discussed our findings and came up with requirements (that can be found on our Trello Board) for our prototype.
- Our trello board was created and content (requirements) was added by Aisha and Liam.
- The team discussed technical aspects and requirements and Liam documented it in our wiki.
- We will be using HTML, CSS, JavaScript for front-end development and PHP and SQL for back-end development.
- As a team we realised that toughest challenge was creating meaningful content for users. Initially, we came up with three communities for the users to join and add channels to which were food, language and events.
- After discussing this issue with Lorna and tutors, we had decided to change those communities to be more user-specific.
- Hence, 'Food, Language and Events' were changed to 'Institution, Insights and Events'.
