Sounds like this bug has been going on for a while unreported.
When projects are moved to the Attic,
closer.luawill redirect to a HTML page by default. We're however not a web browser so instead we should checkin_atticthat Apache provides and for those projects redirect toarchive.apache.orgwhere the original source tarball remains available.Homebrew/homebrew-core#178118
