Replace ByteDance CDN with jsDelivr

Migrated from ByteDance CDN (bytecdntp.com) to jsDelivr for KaTeX and Mermaid resources.

Changes

• layouts/post.shtml: Updated 4 CDN URLs
  • KaTeX v0.15.2 (CSS, JS, auto-render)
  • Mermaid v8.14.0
• content/post/2025-07-19-zine-migration.smd: Updated documentation references to match

Before:

After:

<link rel="stylesheet" href="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/dist/katex.min.css">

All resources now served via cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/ with identical versions.
