执行omitted_gps_state_df[net_field.GEOMETRY_FIELD] = [Point(loc) for loc in omitted_gps_points]报错：ValueError: Length of values (260) does not match length of index (259)

原因是补路补缺失的GPS点中 n_equal_points函数生成的GPS点数量不对，出错debug如图

n = 15, dense_line = line.segmentize(line_length / (1.0 * n)) 后是17个点，非16个点，
