added short_ranks and fixed the "server" (from the server_id config) logic to only be cleared in the menu
Options `truncate_names` and `truncate_skins` to disable the truncation if the terminal is too small. Never truncate: HS, KD, LEVEL, POS. since they're columns of unique numbers which become useless if truncated
