The main change here is to make the score widget dockable, i.e. it now has a title bar you can drag to move it into a separate window.
Other changes are minor: fix failure to reset alignment when loading a new recording, fix disabling of "load alignment" when alignment rejected, update Repoint and sync to current SV subrepos.
