Removed renv stuff that was just from me developing this

Generalized the expression plot to allow different types of inputs, preparring for limma method.

plotModelCoeffs has a daunting list of arguments, but it is working for me with limma model fits to visualize a result. If you can, give it a try. The result looks like this

@micahpf if you get a chance to test plotModelCoeffs let me know what you think. The example should slot right into your data, provided the model coefficients are saved out per these updates
