/boot/zipl/active_devices.txt won't be updated anymore by *_configure tools after applying patches from bsc#1216257

This document is just a journal of some conversations that were used as starting point.

The conversations as a whole are all probably outdated nowadays.

Nevertheless, I'm fine with removing that sentence to avoid confusion.
