Work for version Kafka 0.7.2 + CDH 4.3.0

Initial version for this repository:
Changes upon original 0.7.2/contrib/hadoop-consumer:

updated all hadoop jars to avoid version mismatch exceptions
updated the pig version
added zkclient jar
added protobuf jar
changed the method in DataGenerator.java line 117 to setDeafultCompressionType
