win-gnome.exe can be run on its own as a portable binary.

win-gnomev1.0.zip includes powershell scripts for installation and uninstallation. The install script will:

1. Ask for administrator privileges
2. Install to C:\Program Files\WinGnome\win-gnome.exe
3. Run at startup with admin privileges (so that it still works when the foreground window has admin privileges).
