  • haproxy does not need secure renegotiation
  • let enable-all enable haproxy and quic

Followed instructions in OSP for haproxy and got the following output:

Testing with haproxy version: 3.0-dev4-26cd24-51
0 tests failed, 13 tests skipped, 17 tests passed

Converted to draft, low prio but need a chunk of time to understand the build error.
