This is a minor update to only a README.md file in the
ide/Espressifdirectory, based on the samebbba8aefv1.18 branch used in my #770 that is currently failing tests.Submitting this PR may help determine if tests are failing because of the older version. The only other possible cause may be the new
incude.amfile in that PR.
