Motivation
Use latest version of Github actions dependencies and keep them up to date.
Also removed an unexpected field (components) from setup-just, as components aren't currently in the expected fields.
Solution
Use Github's dependabot to keep dependencies up to date.
This will be done on a weekly basis to keep the number of updates to a more manageable level.
