hacas a nix flake.Motivation
It allows easy installation for people who use nix.
Solution
The change mostly involves adding a
flake.nixfile to define the package andflake.lockto track the dependency hashes. This doesn't touch any of the existing files except for adding a package name and version number to the rootCargo.toml.
