Currently an overlap is only checked for the whole super locus and it is only looked up if utr errors occur for any transcript. So it is entirely possible that an super_loci_overlap_error gets inserted for a transcript that does not overlap and does not have an utr error in itself.
However there should never be an overlap that does not get marked in any way, which should be enough for Helixer.
