Dist::Zilla::Plugin::KwaliteeTests is now deprecated and has been replaced by Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Test::Kwalitee

Hi Christian,
I noticed the Metadata links in the right-hand column were broken.
eg. Check the Homepage and Bugtracker links from
http://localhost:2963/~mithaldu/CPAN-Mini-Webserver-0.57/
They have the base url prepended,
http://localhost:2963/https://github.com/wchristian/cpan-mini-webserver
Here's a test case and a simple fix.
I also modified dist.ini as the KwaliteeTests plugin has been renamed.
