Only try doing a pull if the image isn't found. Everything else should just generate the error so the user can fix it.
The Fetching... message was confusing. This replaces it with a clearer messages to avoid confusion. Fixes: 360

The "Fetching" message is confusing (see #360). I've been using Dive for years, and I still forget what it means.
This change tries to improve the messaging to make it clearer.
