Description
This PR is related to #112.
I've added a bare configuration option to create-vue as a prompt.
When users select "Yes" (or set bare to true), create-vue will initialize the project without example components or CSS.
If you have any feedback or suggestions, please let me know, and I will update my code accordingly.
