Initial non-production release of CloysterHPC.

This is a proof of concept release of the software. With this release you'll able to install a HPC cluster using Oracle Linux 8.5, and optionally Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 on the head node only, but not on compute nodes. The range of options for now is extremely limited but the software works as intended.

Requirements:

• Oracle Linux 8.5
