but trim unnecessary line white space above (empty lines) and left (commont indentation). This fixes vim-syntastic#1700.

As I pointed out at #1700, this is not robust solution. A good solution is yet to be found. |

Note that this is my first adventure into vimscript, so I might have messed up in one way or the other.
