Automatic native resolution
* Abstracted potentially reusable components
* Reorganized logically related sections
* Laid the groundwork for improved design
* Transforming uring into a network interface implementation.
Refactor: Disable `send_zc` until tested
This commit lays the foundation for later implementing REST and potentially other protocols.
Removed `mbedtls`, as a new TLS is parallelly being developed.
Each protocol must append output or error based on it's specifications.
