/etc/stl-thumb/conf.ini .config/stl-thumb/conf.ini override path in that order, last one wins.

This allows easy customization of the color the thumbnail will have. This will primarily benefit users using this to generate thumbnails, since they can now easily configure the colors.
This propably needs some work, since i rely on
$HOMEto exist. This is fine on linux, but i don't know about windows.It also allows future expansion of the available-ini-values.
Let me know which features you want to have added to the config, and what else needs to be done, and ill finish it up!
