(passkeys-backend) Change RELYING_PARTY to DOMAIN_NAME to use build in function context #571

Description

Make use of Default environment variables instead of having people provide their own RELYING_PARTY.

My thought is that if people want to overwrite the variable, they can modify the code to make those changes anyway. This saves a setup step and reduces potential errors in getting started
