Description

This pull request includes a comprehensive update to the home page of the repository. The changes have been thoroughly tested to ensure responsiveness across various devices. Existing files have not been removed but have been renamed with a .old extension to preserve the original content, e.g., index.old.html. The design elements have been revamped using Bootstrap, and all graphics have been updated while preserving the original content. The new frontend is written in the same file structure as the old one.
