Comment to @darrellodonnell's operations/EGF diagram comment, above, I would suggest that the large box is the central "starting point" for identifying all the components of the EFG/Jurisdiction and provides for configuration information for each compoent (or pointers o whre to find that information - "because distributed" - and also the "wiring diagram information" on how they all work together. Operations will likely add configuration information and define the use of the configuration information and "do" the actual "wiring" .

That configuration information may be distributed to the actual components themselves (e.g. Trust Registry)

How all of this is created, updated and used is governance
