Description

Remove the Teradata functions plugin from the binaries. Trino doesnt even have a Teradata connector and at this stage users migrating from Teradata are probably VERY rare. One using the functions are even rarer so we dont need to pull the plugin into the binaries for all other users.

In principal .. are you okay with the removal @ebyhr and also @martint @dain @electrum ? If yes I will look into what to do .. it seems odd to have a full product test and not something simpler but I will have to look .. any pointers on simplifying appreciated..
