This fixes a crash that happens when a folder like "tor_browser_*" and "tor_browser" exists on "~/.local/share/torbrowser/tbb/myarch/" at the same time.

I fixed a crash that happens when a locale folder from before Tor Browser 12.0 exists (ex.:
tor-browser_es-ES) at the same time thattor-browserfolder exists.And due I added new strings I updated the
.potand.pofiles.Sorry for my bad English.
